To give access to SonarQube Quality Profile Permissions, you can follow these steps
1. Log in to your SonarQube instance as an administrator.
2. Click on the “Administration” button in the top menu bar.
3. Click on the “Security” tab in the left-hand menu.
4. Click on “Global Permissions”.
5. Scroll down to the “Quality Profiles” section and check the box next to “Browse” and/or “Administer” to grant those permissions to the desired user or group.
6. Click on “Save” to save any changes you made.
